For a healthy diet, everyday you must eat fruits, vegetables, legumes, cereals, milk products, bread and olive oil, because these food to contain vitamins, minerals and fibers.
Sometimes you can eat some candys, sweets, fizzy drinks or chips, but not much, because these have many calories and aren't very nutritious. You musn't eat junk food, pizza, hotdog or other type of oily food, because contein a lot of calories and are very fattening.
For drink you must to take two liters of water everyday, because is the most healthy drink.
You can't eat between meals. Finally when you eat carbohydrates and proteins, after that you must do a lot of exercises for burnt the calories.
With all that, you can have a healthy live.
